What to Expect

  • We are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for consultations. To schedule a consultation, please contact us at 818-503-3030, or email us at


  • During your consultation, we will discuss options for conserving and/or restoring your item based on your budget and desired outcome. An estimate will be provided for approval before work commences.


  • Quotes for work can be provided through email if images of the front and back of the piece are submitted, along with measurements. Close up photos of any damage will be helpful in providing a more accurate quote. All quotes provided by email are subject to change once the item is assessed in person.


  • Items deposited to our location are covered by Fine Art Conservators Insurance. Clients will receive a copy of our Service Terms & Conditions, which will outline coverage. 


  • Turnaround times can vary. Please inform us in advance of any time constraints. We can expedite services for an additional fee.


  • After photos will be emailed for final approval before invoicing.


  • The following shipping options are available: FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS.


  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, bank wire transfers, PayPal & TransferWise payments. 


  • Payment is required in full before items can be released. Net terms are available for galleries, auction houses, and museums.
